The bar team arrive at your venue with all the necessary equipment, dressed in smart uniform. They organise the bar, keep the beverages chilled and serve your guests, you don't have to think about washing glasses or collecting empty bottles, Chefscene Beverage Services will take care of it all.

Guest Numbers
Minimum of 30 guests is required for beverage service
Liquor Licence
We are practicing the responsible service of alcohol procedure and so reserve the right to adhere to the rules laid out in our licence concerning the service of alcohol, therefore we may refuse service to any persons we consider it necessary to do so.
Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation are as follows:
Monday to Saturday 12.00 noon to 1.00 am
Sunday 12.00 noon to midnight
Glassware Breakages
We appreciate that in normal circumstances that a few glasses will be broken, in fact we will probably break a few ourselves. A fair and reasonable amount of breakages should not exceed 5% of the original consignment. Any breakages over this amount will have to be added to the clients account and invoiced accordingly.
Our Packages
Beverage packages are sold on the understanding that guest numbers are confirmed prior to the event, unexpected guests can be accommodated on the day of the party, however the clients account will reflect any additional guests that may attend.
Menus and Beverages
Chefscene reserves the right to change menus and beverages according to product availability and seasonal variations. We may substitute selected wines and beverages to others of equal value if preferred selection or vintage is unavailable.
